Bellevue, NE — The Nebraska Defense Research Corporation’s (NDRC) mission is to drive innovation, deliver cutting-edge technology, and build a highly skilled, future-ready workforce. Since 2022, the NDRC summer internship program has fostered dynamic collaboration between industry and academia, empowering students to advance their professional skills. This initiative serves as a cornerstone of our academic outreach and engagement strategy, deepening our partnerships with institutions at all levels and driving workforce development to meet current and future national security needs.
This summer NDRC welcomed nine exceptional interns from some of the most prestigious programs in the US, including Viceroy Scholars, Scott Scholars, the Raikes School of Computer Science and Management, and the Peter Kiewit Institute. Our current interns represent the following academic institutions:

- Augusta University
Through robust academic partnerships, impactful internship programs, and close collaboration with public and private sector stakeholders, NDRC cultivates STEM talent and advances national security objectives.
