Envisioned as a cutting-edge nexus for research, development, and experiential learning, the REACH Hub will feature flexible laboratory spaces, secure collaboration suites, and advanced digital infrastructure to support multidisciplinary teams. This flagship facility will serve as the epicenter for public-private partnerships, academic engagement, and workforce training, directly fueling NDRC’s mission to drive innovation, accelerate technology acquisition for the Warfighter, and cultivate a future-ready workforce—ensuring our sustained competitive advantage.
The REACH Hub’s collaborative ecosystem is intentionally designed to foster rapid innovation and agile technology transition. Multidisciplinary teams of subject matter experts, engineers, small businesses, and students will work together on cutting-edge projects in secure environments, accelerating the identification, development, and deployment of emerging technologies. Spotlighted focus areas include quantum computing for secure communications, artificial intelligence and machine learning for predictive analytics, resilient command and control systems, electromagnetic spectrum operations for electronic warfare, cybersecurity and cyber sensing for real-time threat detection, supply chain risk management solutions, software and hardware assurance protocols, secure communications and network architecture, advanced modeling and simulation platforms, and real-world pilot project demonstrations.
